Boyfriend Cookies

Published August 14, 2012 by thepinkgourmet

Oh my gosh!!!  Talk about a cookie out of this world.  I don’t even know how to describe these cookies.  If you like chocolate, peanut butter, & M & M’s you will love these.  These cookies have 3 different kind of Chocolate Chips, Reese’s Pieces, Peanut Butter Chips, White Chocolate Chips, & M & M’s in them.  I will let the pictures speak for themselves!!

Boyfriend Cookies

Source

Ingredients

1 cup butter, softened

3/4 cup packed brown sugar

1/4 cup white sugar

1 (3.5 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix

2 eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

2 cups chocolate chips (1 cup milk choc & 1 cup semisweet)

1/2 cup white chocolate chips

1/2 cup peanut butter chips

1/2 cup M&M’s

1/2 cup Reese’s Pieces

Directions

1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

2.In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugars. Add pudding mix, eggs and vanilla. Combine flour and baking soda; add to creamed mixture and mix well. Fold in chocolate chips and remaining candy.

3.Drop by tablespoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets. I usually use a small spring-loaded cookie scoop. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned.  Cool on wire racks.

The first thing I did was get all of my chips and candy together in one place.  Yum!  Yum!!!

Put your butter in a large mixing bowl so it can get soft.  I also took out my white and brown sugar.

When the butter has softened add the brown sugar and granulated sugar to the mixing bowl.

You want to mix this up till light and fluffy.

Now here comes a twist…. Add a small box of vanilla pudding mix to the bowl. Also add the eggs and vanilla. Mix this up till light and fluffy.

You are ready to add the baking soda and flour to the bowl.  I replaced 1/2 of a cup of the white flour with whole wheat flour.  You do not have to do that.

When it is mixed up well it should look like this. It will be kind of thick.

Here comes the BEST part!  Put in all the chips and candy and fold them in until they are mixed up well.

Drop by tablespoons onto a cookie sheet.  I used parchment paper on mine for easy clean up .  Also if you have a cookie scoop that makes it easier to drop them onto the cookie sheets.

Put them in the oven for about 8-10 minutes.  I did not bake at 375 degrees but at 360 degrees.  You do not want to over bake these.  There is nothing left to say but just wait till you take your first bite…. That’s all I’m going to say!

I give this recipe plus out of 4!!!!!!
