Oh my gosh!!!!!!  I cannot tell you how delicious these cupcakes are.  If you like chocolate and peanut butter you will love these.  :).  You will probably make these often as well.  If you make these and share them I promise you will become a star.   What’s even better is they are really easy to make and do not take much time to whip up.

Prep Time: 25 minutes

Cook Time: 15 minutes

Yield: 12 brownies

Ingredients

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°. Spray or grease 12 muffin cups.

In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine sugar, butter, and water. Microwave on high for 1 minute or until butter is melted. Stir in 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips until melted. Stir in egg and vanilla extract. Add flour and baking soda, stirring until blended. Allow to cool to room temperature. Then, stir in 1/2 cup each peanut butter chips and semi-sweet chocolate chips. Spoon batter by heaping tablespoonfuls into muffin cups.

Bake for 13-15 minutes or until top is set and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out slightly wet. Place pan on wire rack. Centers of brownies will fall upon cooling. If not, tap centers with the back of a teaspoon to make a hole.

Place peanut butter in a small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 45 seconds, then stir. While brownies are still hot, spoon about a tablespoon of peanut butter into the center of each brownie. Top with semi-sweet chocolate chips and peanut butter chips. Cool completely in pan.

This is what it looks like after you have melted the butter, water & sugar in the microwave and added the chocolate chips.

Mix in the egg and vanilla.  Then add the flour and baking soda.

Next add the chocolate chips and peanut butter chips to the batter and fill the muffin tins.  Yum!!!

This is what they look like when they first come out of the oven.

And this is what they look like when they have started to fall……

Next add the melted peanut butter to the middle of each cupcake and add some more chocolate chips and peanut butter chips on top.   Look how good they look!!!!!

Here are some additional views of how the cupcakes looks. Let me tell you, I did not wait for them to cool before I ate one!!!   These tastes as good as they look.   All I can say is yum, yum, yum!!!!!!  This will definitely put you in your HAPPY PLACE…….

I give this recipe out of 4……  I almost think these deserve 4 + hearts.
