Roasted Broccoli with Garlic and Parmesan Cheese

This is some of the best broccoli I have tasted in a long time.

This is a very simple but classy recipe.  Sometimes broccoli can be tough. This broccoli is very tender and the garlic is very mellow.  Adding the lemon juice and parmesan cheese after it is done is what makes it so special.

Here is the recipe the way I made it  and then at the end of this post I will share the link where I found the recipe.

Roasted Broccoli with Garlic and Parmesan Cheese

Broccoli Florets (You can use as many as you think you will eat)

Olive Oil

Garlic Cloves(2 to 4 )

Kosher Salt (Regular salt if you don’t have Kosher)

Ground Pepper

Lemon Juice

Parmesan Cheese

Preheat the oven to 425.  Put the broccoli on a foil lined cookie sheet.  Toss with olive oil and salt and pepper.  I did not measure any of this. You just want to coat the broccoli with the olive oil. Next slice up a few peeled garlic cloves and toss them with the broccoli.

Roast for about 20 minutes. You can shake them a few time while they are roasting.  You want them to be a little browned. When they are done remove from the oven and sprinkle a little lemon juice and grated parmesan cheese over them. I promise you won’t be disappointed!!!!
